What People
Are Saying...

Belinda DiGiambattista’s keynote on the topic of ‘Employee Retention’ motivated our audience of small business owners at our annual Brooklyn Chamber Career Expo. Her remarks were supported by research and data that was insightful and provided an education that equipped everyone to review how their own company culture plays a role in employee satisfaction, performance and retention. We look forward to having Belinda back to the Chamber to discuss more small business topics

ABOUT BELINDA

Before founding Choose Your Metric, Belinda co-founded Butter Beans, Inc. a company whose mission is to educate children and families on the importance of choosing healthy foods to eat. The company executes this mission through offering healthy lunch programs and cooking education to schools in NYC and NJ. Belinda led the fledgling Butter Beans, Inc. to win first place in the NYU Berkley Center Business Plan Competition in May 2009, garnering support for the business that merges healthy eating and convenience for busy families. Based in New York City, Butter Beans delivers healthy meals to school-wide programs and individual students to about 5,000 students and teachers every day. In 2014, Butter Beans launched into the corporate dining space by re-opening the cafeteria in the global UNICEF NYC headquarters at the UN Plaza where they also provide catering to both UNICEF and some UN departments. Butter Beans also provides cafe and catering services to the NY Hall of Science in Queens.

Butter Beans has enjoyed spots on the Inc. 5000 lists in 2014 and 2016. Belinda sold Butter Beans in 2017 to focus on Choose Your Metric.
