ABOUT BELINDA
Before founding Choose Your Metric, Belinda co-founded Butter Beans, Inc. a company whose mission is to educate children and families on the importance of choosing healthy foods to eat. The company executes this mission through offering healthy lunch programs and cooking education to schools in NYC and NJ. Based in New York City, Butter Beans delivers healthy meals to school-wide programs and individual students to about 5,000 students and teachers every day. In 2014, Butter Beans launched into the corporate dining space by re-opening the cafeteria in the global UNICEF NYC headquarters at the UN Plaza where they also provide catering to both UNICEF and some UN departments. Butter Beans also provides cafe and catering services to the NY Hall of Science in Queens.
